What you'll be working on

As a Written Content Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that enhances our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives business growth. You will manage various content platforms, produce compelling media, and leverage insights from user research to inform your work.

  • Customer Testimonials:
    • Collect, curate, and organize customer testimonials and case studies.
    • Ensure testimonials are effectively showcased on various platforms to build credibility and trust with our target customers.
  • Blog:
    • Oversee the blog, including content planning, writing, editing, and publishing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and guest contributors to ensure a diverse range of relevant topics.
  • Newsletters:
    • Craft and distribute engaging newsletters that keep our audience informed and connected.
    • Monitor performance metrics to optimize open rates and engagement.
  • User Research Interviews:
    • Conduct user research interviews to gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
    • Analyze findings to inform content strategy and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Copywriting for the Website:
    • Write clear, compelling copy for various sections of our website, including landing pages, product descriptions, and calls-to-action.
    • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and enhances the user experience.
  • Public Relations:
    • Assist with public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and handling media inquiries.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
  • SEO:
    • Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
    • Conduct keyword research, track SEO performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
