Integrations

  • MyCase
    • Default cases
      • Contacts now have default cases. You can choose a default case for a contact from the Phone page. When you save a call with a contact to a case in MyCase you are updating their default case. If a contact has a default case, that case will be automatically selected at the end of each call (you no longer have to search for a case every time you finish a call).
      • If a contact has a default case, SMS will be automatically associated to the case as a note.
  • Clio
    • Launched Canada region
      • You can now use the VXT integration with your Canadian Clio account.

Control

  • Restrict exporting contacts
    • Users must have the "Manage team contacts" permission to export contacts from VXT.
  • Restrict authentication method
    • Admins can specify allowed authentication methods for new users. Some customers require the use of MFA for security purposes. Now administrators can prevent new users from joining their team with authentication methods that don't support MFA.

Call flows

  • Call flow edit history
    • You can now see a preview of every past version of a call flow, and see who saved that version. That way if something goes wrong, you can quickly identify who and how.

  • Entire OnHire
    • Our new Entire OnHire integration is live! Sync your contacts into VXT, and save your notes and important details about your calls to Entire OnHire.

Hold music

  • Your team can now choose custom hold music or messages that will play when you have put someone on hold during a call.
  • Find the new setting under Admin → Configuration → Calls → Hold music

Analytics emails

  • Receive automated email reports of your teams analytics by turning it on under Admin → Configuration → Calls → Analytics report emails.
  • Each report includes a table showing the users who place or answered the most and fewest calls since the last report, as well as an attached CSV of all call and SMS records since the last report.
  • You can configure who receives the email reports and the frequency that these are sent.

Bugs

  • This update included fixes to a variety of small bugs. Bugs relating to draft messages sticking around when they shouldn’t have now been fixed.

    • Our new Lead Docket integration is live! Sync your leads into VXT and auto-save all of the important details from your calls to Lead Docket.
  • MyCase
    • We have transformed the MyCase integration with an improved design and made it easier to find the right case when saving your calls.

Do not disturb

  • Show Do Not Disturb end time
    • If you hover over a team mate's status indicator and they have Do Not Disturb turned on, we’ll let you know when it is scheduled to turn off.

SMS & Messages

  • Click to send an SMS from the “Start a call…” dialing bar at the top of the desktop app
    • The SMS button is only shown if you can send SMS to that number. To send SMS you need an SMS enabled number and they need one too!
  • Preview your draft messages
    • Previously if you started drafting a message and left it for later, you would see a "New message" button at the top of your call and message history in VXT. Now you can see who the message was for and a preview of what you were writing!

  • Free transcriptions
    • As of 1st February AI phone call transcripts and summaries are FREE! Previously we charged $0.2 NZD per minute to transcribe and summarize your recorded calls.
  • More languages
    • You can transcribe and summarize your call recordings in 65 more languages. You can now choose to transcribe your calls from any of over 100 languages.

    • To use Play tone open the Call Flow Builder, click Advanced then Play tone.

Other

  • This update included many other improvements to user experience and reliability.

  • Show client names in matter search results for legal integrations. Where supported by our legal integrations we now display client names on matters in matter search results.
  • Shareable links for text messages with attachments. When we save MMS to integrations they'll now include a link so you can find the MMS and the attached files in VXT more easily.
  • Summaries in integration notes. AI call summaries will be included in the notes you save to integrations when you save your call.
  • Proration emails. Next time you receive an invoice for adding a user or number, OR a credit for removing a user or number we'll send you additional details so it's easier to understand what has happened.
  • Smokeball integration.

  • Leap integration.
