What you'll be working on

‍As a Senior Software Engineer at VXT, you will be responsible for frontend and backend software development.

• Manage the development of features, product changes, and broader projects from scoping through to production.
• Actively contribute to team discussions, share insights, and mentor junior engineers to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with individuals inside and outside of the engineering team to identify experimental product changes that might benefit the company.

Who we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Experience with JavaScript is required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
