What you'll be working on
As our Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for VXT’s in-person and virtual events calendar. Your main focus will be on planning and executing conferences, owned events, and webinars across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. This includes:
- Project managing conferences from end to end, such as negotiating contracts with conference organisers, managing event logistics and booth designs, organising team travel, and ensuring the team knows where to go and what to on the day.
- Coordinating with our Head of Marketing and Partnerships on co-hosted events, such as roundtable dinners and webinars.
- Organising promotional and follow-up communications for our email database and on our social media platforms.
- Reporting back to the wider company on budgets, attendance, and outcomes for all our events.

Who we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience.
Useful information
Candidates based in Christchurch, New Zealand will be advantaged in the assessment process but we are open to remote work for the right individual. The start date is very flexible.
