What you'll be working on

As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for helping new clients use our software for the first time. We have a very well defined implementation process that includes:

• Managing implementation projects including iniation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Creating detailed project plans to outline deliverables, timelines, resource allocation and budgeting related to implementation projects.
• Identifying, analysing and managing risks associated with implementation projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Creating and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that implementation projects meet specified standards and requirements.
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams including engineering, and technical support to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinating multiple virtual planning and training meetings during implementation projects.
• Coordinating and improving phone number porting processes.

  • Salary range of $80,000 - $150,000 NZD
