Can I use my number during the porting process?

Yes. You can use your phone number as it is all the way until your port date. Most VXT customers experience no service disruptions.

Can I port my number back out of VXT?

Yes. You always have control over your phone number and can port it back out whenever you wish.

How much does porting cost?

The porting of your numbers is free and included in VXT plans. You can port your numbers to VXT for free but must have a active VXT subscription in order to make calls with those numbers.

How long will the porting process take?

The porting process can take anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks, and it depends on how fast we hear back from your current phone service provider. Unfortunately, porting timelines are out of our control and can't be sped up on our end.

Will my text and phone call histories get ported?

No. Your phone and text conversations will not carry over to VXT during the porting process. You can easily import and sync your contacts to VXT from either a contact list, or from your business software.
