Can I change the prompt for the AI summaries?

Yes, you can change the prompt used to generate the call summaries. The prompt for call summaries are currently set at an organisation wide level and is an Admin-only setting.

If you go to Admin → Configuration → Transcriptions you can change the 'Transcription Summary Prompt' which will apply to all new call summaries from there on.

Can I edit the transcriptions?

No, to maintain accuracy and security, users cannot edit the transcriptions generated by VXT.

Do AI phone call transcripts and summaries cost extra?

As part of our pricing plans,  AI phone call transcripts and summaries are unlimited and come free with VXT.

How accurate are the AI phone call transcripts and summaries?

VXT AI phone call transcripts and summaries tend to have a high degree of accuracy. They are based off the transcription generated from the call, so if certain parts of the call are not recorded, then the AI summary will miss out on those sections of the call.

To improve accuracy of the summary, we recommend you ensure your call quality is as high as possible and you are in a quiet environment with minimal background noise.

As with any AI feature, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the summary and we recommend you take caution when relying on AI summaries of your communications.

How long does it take to generate a call summary?

Your summary is prepared almost immediately after your call. Note: The time to generate a summary can vary slightly depending on the length of the call.
