Can I change the period of analytics emails?

Yes you can. You can set analytics emails to send from as regularly as every 10 minutes, to every month depending on what your organisation requires.

Whats included in analytics emails?

Analytics emails include a table showing the users who placed or answered the most and fewest calls since the last report. Attached on the email is also a report of all your calls and SMS records since the last report, ensuring you get an easy overview of all the calls your organisation is making.

Who gets analytics emails?

By default, everyone with access to view analytics will receive analytics emails. However if you'd like to change this you can do so in the app to send analytics emails only to set emails.
