Does call recording cost extra on VXT?

No. Call recording is a standard feature included with VXT Phone.

How do I access and replay a recorded call?

All call recordings are saved in VXT.

Find the call, hit Play, and listen back anytime, from any device.

How do I enable automatic call recording in VXT?

If you’re an admin, head to your VXT settings, select the phone number you want to record calls for, and toggle on Auto-record calls.

How do I let callers know they’re being recorded?

You can use one or more of the following methods to manage disclosure:

1) Enable automatic call announcements when call recording is turned on.
