Are all headsets compatible with VXT?

Any headset that connect via Bluetooth, USB, or standard audio jacks will work with VXT. We specifically recommend wired headsets by Jabra for the best reliable and call quality when compared to wireless headsets.

Can I use my current headset with VXT?

If your headset is compatible with standard audio connections or Bluetooth, it will work with VXT. We strongly recommend wired Jabra headsets for optimal performance, as detailed above. Rest assured, any headset will work, but wired Jabra are our preferred option for the best experience.

Should I get a mono or stereo headset?

We strongly recommend a stereo headset for the best call quality. Stereo headsets provide audio in both ears, allowing you to hear conversations more clearly and reducing background distractions. This is especially valuable in noisy environments, where understanding every word matters.Stereo sound helps prevent missed details during calls, ensuring smoother communication and less strain over long conversations. While mono headsets are practical for certain tasks, a stereo headset will provide superior sound clarity and overall quality.

What are the benefits of using a noise-canceling headset?

Noise-canceling headsets help reduce background noise, making calls clearer and enhancing your overall communication quality, especially in busy and loud office environments.

What headsets are best for VXT?

We strongly recommend wired Jabra headset devices.

Any mid-range wired headset built for loud office environments will perform well. Whatever device you're looking at should have a directed microphone, stereo sound and active or passive noise cancelling to reduce background noise for the caller and your staff.
