Keep the lines of communication open with Internal Chat. From quick questions to important updates, you can chat with anyone on your team anytime. Team Chat allows you to quickly send a picture or file to your team members in individual or group chats.

Yes you can. You can currently attatch any file and send it via Team chat to your team members.
Supported file types include:
- PDF's
- Images (PNG, JPEG, JPG, TIFF, HEIC, GIF etc)
- Office documents (docx, pptx, CSV, txt, html etc)
In your call notes, you can tag a team member by using the "@" symbol then typing their name. This will send the call notes and a link to view the call recording and transcription to the user mentioned in their Team inbox.
Internal chat is specifically for communication between team members within the VXT app, while text messaging is for external communications, such as with clients or contacts.
Anyone who is in your VXT organisation you can send a private message to in VXT Team. Our internal business chat tool.
