To ensure an accurate log of all calls made in your organisation, we do not allow call records to be deleted. This ensures compliance, reduces risk and means that every call is tracked.
Your call records will always be accessible as long as you have a VXT account. If you plan on leaving VXT at any point, you can export your call records to ensure you have an accurate log of all communications.
Records includes a log of all calls made by your organisation, made easy to sort, organise and filter so you can find important calls quickly.
Call records include:
- Time of the call
- Type of call (inbound vs outbound)
- Duration of the call
- Participants of the call
- Call recording, notes and transcriptions if applicable.
Important to note, Records does not provide access to internal user-to-user messages or messages in voicemail-only inboxes.
Access to call records is restricted to admin-only users. You can access your organisation's records through the Admin tab in your VXT dashboard.
