How do I use VXT?

VXT is a VoIP phone system system that can be used in your web browser or on our apps available for both desktop and mobile devices. All you need is a stable internet connection to use VXT. Most of all, you don't need any additional hardware to use VXT, you can use your mobile phones, or a wireless headset.

How does VXT's pricing work?

Each VXT user you add comes with an extra cost monthly, and you pay for every number you would like your organisation to have. Our pricing page contains all the necessary details here.

What kind of support can I receive after I have been onboarded?

Our support team is always available to help and you can also view our help centre to help solve common issues.

For teams of 1-5 users, an implementation manager will provide you with a review session of your workspace after you've gone through our onboarding process. This will help ensure that you've set up VXT correctly and that you are making the most of our features.

For teams of 5+ users, you will receive a dedicated implementation manager who will be be able to provide you with assistance during and after the onbaording process.

What if we don't have anyone technical on our team?

VXT is built to be easy to use. Our onboarding is designed to be simple enough for even non-technical users to follow along.

For teams of 1-5, we provide you with a review meeting at the end of your onboarding as well to ensure that everything is set up correctly.

For teams of 5+ users, we will take you through every step of the way. Any technical issues or setup will be solved by our implementation team.
